Who am I and why should you listen to me?
My name is Suhail Algosaibi. I’m a serial entrepreneur, consultant and innovator. Among other things, I’m the founder of Falak Consulting, a values-based, purpose-driven strategy and innovation consultancy. I’m also the curator of the Falak Unreasonable Thinking Summit, and I run a non-profit foundation.
I started my first business way back in 2002. And since then I’ve experienced every kind of obstacle you can imagine. I’ve experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows. I’ve enjoyed making big money and receiving awards for my entrepreneurial endeavors. But I’ve also had to endure the pain and humiliation of closing down a business and go through grief and depression.
I’ve had employees betray me and even steal from me, but I’ve also had remarkable team members that helped me build life-changing endeavors. In short, I’ve “been there and done that” many times over.
Life-long learning quest
I have been on an obsessive, lifelong learning quest and have literally read hundreds of books on business, marketing and entrepreneurship. Moreover, I’ve had the privilege of attending advanced courses in Harvard and MIT.
Not only that, but I’ve sought out some of the worlds smartest marketers and consultants to learn at their feet. Some years ago, I spent $12,000 to spend the day with a grumpy and reclusive marketing genius in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.
I’ve also taken a journey that lasted over 30 hours, from Bahrain to the tiny town of Breckenridge in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, to learn from a millionaire business guru. In addition, I’ve spent over $5,000 to attend a workshop in Fort Worth, Texas to gleam as much knowledge as possible from a business and spirituality expert that appeared in the classic self-development movie The Secret.
I’ve also gone on other learning trips around the globe that included destinations like Shanghai, Istanbul, Frankfurt, Cape Town, Singapore and Hyderabad. I must have easily spent over $100,000 on my education since 2002.
Moreover, I’ve been consulting and speaking since 2006, and my clients have included small business owners as well as large, multibillion-dollar corporations. I’ve spoken and consulted in various countries including, Greece, UK, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia and of course my home country of Bahrain. I’ve also held various leadership positions in the world’s largest organisation for entrepreneurs.

If you are willing to spend hours and hours searching online, visiting dozens of websites, watching tons of YouTube videos without ever really knowing who out there is legit and who is a sham artist, then please go ahead. The difference between unreasonable thinkers and the rest of the population is that they value their time. They know that time is a more valuable asset than money.
